The point of this essay is completely wrong. Apart from displaying ignorance of the genesis of the political labels left and right (in the French Revolution), it takes means rather than ends as the determinants of whether a government is right or left. That's a great temptation for right-wingers because right-wing desiderata like preserving the White race are not really "respectable" in the U.S. How much easier if we pretend that all we really want is "less government" (with the unexpressed hope that reducing government will indirectly harm other races). It's an unfortunate temptation because it draws them away from political approaches that could actually accomplish sweeping change. When they get power with their laisse faire ideology, their hands are tied in regard to using the government to fix problems.
